I’ve been in Customer Success for nearly 8 years in the SaaS industry, specific in Proptech with Entrata. I started with small property management companies (PMCs), newly implemented PMCs, and then strategic PMCs with ARRs of $2M+ For the last five years, I’ve managed Entrata’s highest revenue client ($25M+) while pushing expansion, collaboration, and showcasing ROI with monthly and quarterly business reviews.
During that time, I have also trained and mentored 30+ CSMs and helped position them for advancement at the earliest opportunities with 1 on 1 meetings. I have found and implemented solutions to improve CS workflow in the department and QBR delivery.
For the last 12 years, in my spare time, I continue polishing my passion of building genuine relationships, and empowering clients by helping residential buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate dreams. I successfully navigate them through the waters of their most expensive purchases.
